Basically, 2 settings we need to keep in mind for this
- If the above-mentioned checkbox is on and we select only related models, then only items that are in that specific model will be loaded, ideally, we should enable this so that too much load is not there on the system.
- Restart the IIS
If the above doesn’t work then just restart the VS or server once, this usually solves the problem 99.99%
